Basic Troubleshooting
Check Recording Setup
For recording issues:
- Verify recording device status
- Check system audio settings
- Restart the app and try recording again
Inspect Project Files
If post-production results don't look right:
Check if source files are intact:
Open Project Folder:
- Navigate to
~/ScreenSage Projects/ - Right-click your project file and select "Show Package Contents"
- Verify that video, audio, and other assets are present
Get Technical Support

- Package and send the complete project file to support
