Check Recording Setup

For recording issues:

  • Verify recording device status
  • Check system audio settings
  • Restart the app and try recording again

Inspect Project Files

If post-production results don't look right:

Check if source files are intact:

Open Project Folder:

  • Navigate to ~/ScreenSage Projects/
  • Right-click your project file and select "Show Package Contents"
  • Verify that video, audio, and other assets are present

Get Technical Support
