ScreenSage Pro Guide3D Effects & Perspective
ScreenSage Pro's built-in 3D rendering engine transforms flat screen recordings into dynamic videos with spatial depth. 3D effects layer on top of Zoom Modes — think of it as a "perspective filter" applied over your camera logic. Different zoom modes combined with different 3D presets produce dramatically different visual experiences.

2D Flat: Pure panning — ideal for formal documentation.
3D Perspective: Natural tilt as the camera moves, simulating real cinematography.
Enabling 3D Effects
(Optional) Select a 3D preset before recording in auto-generate zoom.
Click an existing zoom segment on the timeline — the inspector panel appears on the right.
Select a preset
Auto-generated zooms default to "Auto" mode. Choose from 3D Effects:
- None: Pure 2D flat mode
- Auto: Smart tilt calculation — usually the most natural choice
- Rotate Left/Right: Force side angle (Y-axis rotation)
- Tilt Up/Down: Force overhead/underfoot view (X-axis rotation)
- Perspective: Enhanced center perspective for dramatic depth
