While ScreenSage Pro defaults to auto-following the cursor, some scenarios (showing a sidebar menu, static charts) call for a stationary camera. Using Fixed Center mode, you can unlink the camera from the mouse and precisely define the visible area.
How to Use
Enable Fixed Center mode
Select a zoom block on the timeline. In the right panel under Zoom Mode, choose Fixed Center. The camera will now stay fixed and won't follow cursor movement.
Manually adjust the view
Use the Position Control panel below. This miniature map represents your entire screen — the blue circle marks the current camera center.
- Click to position: Click anywhere on the thumbnail to set that point as the visual center.
- Live preview: The main canvas updates in real-time to show your composition.
