Share Video

After ScreenSage Pro finishes exporting, the completion window gives you quick actions for the finished file. In the interface, it appears as a small post-export panel.

1. Preview the Export

Open the finished file first, especially when the video will be sent to customers or published publicly.

2. Reveal the File

Use the reveal action when you need to rename the file, move it into a project folder, or attach it manually.

3. Send the Video

Share the exported MP4 or MOV through your preferred channel. For smaller looping snippets, use Export GIF.

4. Cloud Upload and Copy Link

If the completion panel or share panel offers cloud upload, upload the exported file and copy the share link. If upload fails, check the network and confirm the file still exists before retrying.
